摘要
由教育权力、道德榜样、经验资历和知识技能优势引导的传统教师权威力量,在网络和信息技术、多元价值观念、新时期中职生特点等的冲击下陷入困境。权力权威削弱、道德权威弱化、知识权威消解的现状需要重新建构中职新型教师权威。教师通过自我赋权,发展终身学习理念;尊重学生个体差异,履行生命教育;加强道德修养,形成教育智慧以及完善教育个性,实践同理心教育等路径,构建具有生长性、指向性、艺术性和互动性特征的新型中职教师权威,有助于职业学校教育教学活动的有效开展。
Teacher authority which is traditionally guided by educational right, moral model, experience, knowledge and skills is confronting challenges when facing network and information technology, plural values and secondary school students' characteristics in the new era. The marginalization of intellectual authority, the weakening of moral authority and the polarization of the authority require us to construct teachers ’ new authority in the secondary vocational schools. Teachers can develop lifelong learning concept through self-empowerment. They can practice life education by respecting students' individual differences. They can also promote their educational wisdom and personality and practice empathy education to build new developing, directive, artistic and interactive authority.
