融合工匠精神的高职校园文化CI体系构建

Constructing CI System in Higher Vocational Campus Culture of Craftsmanship

高职教育肩负着传承"工匠精神"的时代责任。培育具有专业技能与工匠精神的高素质劳动者和人才,需要挖掘"工匠精神"的时代价值与内涵,把"工匠精神"融入高职校园文化建设之中,发挥其在营造特色高职校园文化中的重要作用。构建融合"工匠精神"的高职校园文化体系,可以运用CI理论打造以工匠精神为核心价值理念的校园文化理念识别系统(MI)、校园文化行为识别系统(BI)和校园文化视觉识别系统(VI)。

Higher vocational education shoulders the responsibility of inheriting craftsmanship To cultivate high-quality workers and talents with professional skills and craftsmanship, related staff need to have profound understanding of the value and connotation of craftsmanship in new era and integrate them into the construction of campus culture so as to make it exert influence in building campus culture of higher vocational characteristics. To create a campus culture of craftsmanship, core values of craftmanship based on corporate identity system（ CIS） can be formed to built mind identity system（MI）, behavior recognition system （BI） and visual identification system （ VI）.
