摘要
进行了可变几何面积增压器(VGT)与某轻型柴油发动机的匹配试验研究。在稳态工况下,系统研究了VGT开度对EGR柴油机的性能影响规律。研究表明,通过调整VGT的叶片位置可以在保证较大空燃比的前提下实现较为理想的EGR率,从而达到降低NO_x与PM的目的;合理的分配VGT叶片开度,可有效降低柴油机的油耗水平。
This paper carried out a study on the matching ol variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) with a light-duty diesel engine. In steady state, the impact ol VGT opening on the perform-ance ol the diesel engine is studied systematically. Results show that ideal EGR ratio can be a-chieved by adjusting VGT blade position while maintaining large air-fuel ratio, leading to lower NOx and PM emissions. Properly adjusted VGT blade opening can effectively reduce fuel consumption.
