摘要
随着车辆智能化及自动控制技术的持续发展,电机作为一种控制或动力单元在车辆中的应用越来越广泛。但是电机及电机控制器的各通路电气特征参数容易受很多因素的影响变得不均匀,使得BLDC电机位置判断出现较大的误差。为了解决上述问题,在研究高频脉冲输入法的基础上,设计了对应的直流无刷电机控制器,对直流无刷电机进行标定,以得到各通道电流变化值峰值的平均值和2个判断用阈值,将这两组值与待测电机转子位置下的6个短时脉冲电压矢量作用时的电流变化值峰值进行比较来判断电机位置。该方法在不同的电机上进行了试验和验证。此方法对电机和控制器的各通路电气参数相同的要求不高,角度判断范围较精确。
With the development ol vehicle intelligent and automatic control technology, the motor,as a kind ol control or power unit, is used in the vehicle widely. But the electrical characteris-tic parameters ol motor and motor controller are usually different l)y many lactors which leads to BLDC motor position determination error. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies the high lrequency pulse input method,designs the corresponding DC brushless motor controller. In order to obtain the average value ol the current change peak value ol each channel and 2 threshold values lor determination, the motor position is determined by comparing the two values with the peak value ol the current variation under the 6 action ol short time pulse voltage vectors. The method has been tested and validated on dillerent motors. This method requires less symmetry ol the electrical parameters ol the motor and the controller,and the angle determination is more accurate.
