摘要
基于欧Ⅵ用钒基SCR催化剂和铜基SCR催化剂小样试验,从转化效率、氨存储、水热老化等三个方面,对钒基催化剂和铜基催化剂进行对比研究,分析发现铜基催化剂在低温转化效率方面优于钒基催化剂,在高温转化效率方面劣于钒基催化剂;而在氨存储和水热老化方面优于钒基催化剂。
Vanadium-based catalyst and copper-based catalyst for Euro ^ were studied by sample test. From the comparative study ol NOx conversion efficiency, ammonia storage and hydro-thermal aging, analysis results indicated that the NOx conversion efficiency ol copper-based catalyst was better than that ol vanadium-based catalyst at low temperature, however NOX conversion effi-ciency of copper-based catalyst was worse than that of vanadium-based catalyst at high temperature. Regarding ammonia storage and hydrothermal aging copper-based catalyst was better than vanadium -based catalyst.
