摘要
欧Ⅵ排放法规中最重要的循环是WHTC,本研究阐述了WHTC的试验方法和流程,在台架数据的基础上对冷热态循环进行数据分析,总结了氨氮比和氨储的控制方法,通过控制不同温度区域内的氨氮比进一步降低NO_x排放和氨泄漏,为WHTC循环各点的前馈控制提供理论依据。
The key to fulfill Euro emissions legislat ion is the WHTC emission. The paper i l -lustrates the test method and procedure of WHT C,and analyzes the engine test data over cold and hot WHTC . Through calibrat ing the NO, ratio under different temperature zone,the emission and NH3 sl ip are controlled to satisfy the emissions standard. Finally,the feed - forward control of WHTC cycle is concluded from the NO, ratio and ammonia control strategy.
