摘要 [目的]探讨护士的核心胜任力、工作倦怠、社会支持对心理弹性的影响,并对影响因素进行路径分析。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,应用中医院护士核心胜任力调查问卷、工作倦怠调查表、社会支持评定量表、心理弹性量表对2016年6月前在山东中医药大学附属医院执业的534名临床一线护士进行调查。[结果]护士心理弹性的总分为63.97分±13.29分;胜任力、主观支持对心理弹性既有直接效应又有间接效应,职业心理、成就感降低对心理弹性水平具有直接效应。[结论]护士心理弹性整体处于较低水平,胜任力、职业心理、成就感降低、主观支持是影响心理弹性的重要因素。 Objective:To explore the impact of nurses' core competency,job burnout and social support on psychological resilience,and to conduct a path analysis on influencing factors.Methods:Using cluster sampling method,a total of 534 clinical nurses from the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine served before June 2016 were enrolled in this study,and they were investigated by Nurses Core Competency Questionnaire for Chinese Hospital,Job Burnout Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),and Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results:The total score of the psychological resilience of nurses was 63.97±13.29 points.Competence and subjective support effected psychological resilience both direct and indirect.Occupational psychology and the reduction of accomplishment had a direct effect on psychological resilience.Conclusion:The psychological resilience of nurses was at a low level,and the competence,occupational psychology,reduction of accomplishment and subjective support were important influencing factors for the psychological resilience of nurses.
