急诊科男护士择业原因的质性研究

Qualitative research on the causes of male nurses' career choice in emergency department

[目的]探讨急诊科男护士择业原因的认识,分析男护士在急诊科护理工作中的优势与劣势,为护理管理人员和护理教育者进行管理提供参考依据。[方法]采用质性研究中的描述性现象学研究法,以资料饱和为样本量选取标准,最终选取某三级甲等医院急诊科12名男护士进行深度半结构式访谈,并对搜集到的资料采用Colaizzit七步分析法进行整理、归纳。[结果]男护士职业选择的动机被提炼出发展前景乐观、追求家庭健康、急诊科科室的特殊性、自我价值的实现4个主题。[结论]急诊科男护士对工作的角色呈现出不同的认识,护理管理人员应注重男护士的健康发展,从而更好地促进护理事业的发展。

Objective：To explore the causes of male nurses＇ career choice in the emergency department,and to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of male nurses in the emergency department,in order to provide a reference for the management of nursing administrators and nursing educators.Methods：Using descriptive phenomenological study method,and based on data of saturated sample size selection standard,a total of 12 male nurses in the emergency department of a hospital were investigated by in-depth semi-structured interview.The information was analyzed by using Colaizzi＇s phenomenological method.Results：The motivation of male nurses＇ career choice had four themes：the development prospect was optimistic,the pursuit of family health,the particularity of the emergency department,and the realization of self-value.Conclusion：The role recognition of male nurses in the emergency department was different.The nursing manager should pay attention to the healthy development of male nurses,in order to promote a better development of nursing career.
