The key points and methods are not the same for subcontract settlement audit according to different perspectives. The construction side takes into account how to control the project cost while the Contractor side thinks about how to control the risk and improve the efficiency. In order to control the risk, the key points are the quantity, price of the audit material, and the authenticity of compensation. Therefore, in order to improve work efficiency, four kinds of feasible audit methods are proposed.
