摘要
探索对女性服刑人员人权的保障机制不仅需要完善的理论基础,还应总结有效的实践经验,在以隐私权等特殊权利作为切入点的基础上,参考域外服刑人员人权保护经验,立足我国本土特色,旨在为我国本土女性服刑人员人身权利保护寻找切实可行的路径。
A perfect system of human right protection for the female criminals in prison needs a perfect theory. In addition, the special privacy right can be protected only if the effective justice experiences are summarized, the human right protection abroad is referred and the specific condition in china is considered.
