高师院校美育策略探究

A Study of Aesthetics Education in Higher Teachers Colleges

美育教学工作不仅历来为知识精英所重视,当前更是得到国家政策层面的重视,但其当前实际处于一种表面很受重视实则不够重视的尴尬境地。要想摆脱当前美育的尴尬境地,搞好高师院校的美育工作是当前整个美育工作的关键。因而在策略上就要找准高校领导这个突破口,自上而下转变育人观念,以美育塑造大学生健全人格;要为美育工作的正常开展提供制度保障,扫清阻碍美育发展的各种障碍;同时,整合学校理论和创作两支美育队伍,让美育课程得到质量保证。

The teaching of Aesthetics Education has been paid attention to by intellectual elites. In addition, it has been supported from the state policies. Yet it is in an awkward situation that it is facially emphasized and truly ignored. To avoid the situation, the first job is to do it well in higher teachers colleges. Tactically, the job should be begun from the leaders in colleges, which means to require them change their concept in order to form perfect personalities of college students with Aesthetics Education. Besides, the systems should be provided in order to clear up all obstacles for the development of Aesthetics Education. Finally, the two teams,namely, the theory team and the creating team, should be integrated together to ensure the teaching quality of Aesthetics Education.
