摘要
为了探讨基于物流中心的订单数据选择理想的拣货方式(摘果式或播种式),本研究以作业时间为评价标准,在分析了不同拣货方式的作业工序后,针对其中花费时间的作业工序,基于订单数据4个要素(客户数、商品种类数、订货数量、订单列表行数),建立了不同拣货方式作业时间的推算模型。通过模型比较,探讨订单数据4个要素各种大小关系时作业时间较短的拣货方式。结果表明,商品种类数、订货数量的值越大,理想的拣货方式越倾向于摘果式拣货;客户数、订单列表行数的值越大,则越倾向于播种式拣货。
In order to discuss how to select the ideal order picking policy( ' single order picking' or ' batch order picking') based on the order data in the logistics center,in this study we used the operation time as evaluation standard and built the operation time calculation models of different order picking policies based on4 elements in order-data( quantity of customers,quantity of item varieties,quantity of items,quantity of order-list lines) after analyzing the operation processes of different order picking policies. Then we made comparisons of the models when the size relationship of 4 elements in order-data changed and discussed which of the operation time was shorter. We found that the larger the quantity of item varieties and quantity of items,the more likely the ideal picking would be single order picking,and the larger the quantity of customers and quantity of order-list lines,the more likely the ideal picking would be batch order picking.
