排球技术中的假动作研究

On False Motion in Volleyball Match

在现代排球比赛中,双方争夺的焦点在网上。假动作的运用也主要集中在扣拦对抗中,并且假动作形象、逼真,诱惑对手使之做出反应的效果较好,符合实战需要。运动员的心理不应期为假动作的运用提供了依据,但假动作必须能诱使对方运动员做出错误的判断并随之做出反应,进而导致对方运动员对我方接踵而至的真实动作反应延迟,有利于我方真实意图的实现。影响排球技术中假动作运用效果的因素有:假动作的真实性;假动作与真实动作之间的时间间隔;假动作运用的规律性。

In volleyball match,the confrontation between the two teams is always above the top of the net that false motion usually presents in spiking and blocking. False motion is useful in cheating the opponents into action if they look like real motions. Player's psychological refractory period provides a basis for false motion. However,false motion doesn't work unless they induce the players in the other team to make the wrong judgment and then react,delaying their reaction to the real motion coming after. The factors that affect the effect of false motion in volleyball are: the authenticity of false motion,the time interval between false motion and the real one,and the regularity of false motion.
