大学生创新创业教育的现状及对策——基于湖北省26所高校的实证调研

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education:Present Situation and Countermeasures

从课程建设、师资队伍、学生参与及支持保障情况着手,分析了湖北省大学生创新创业教育的现状。总体而言,湖北省创新创业教育的课程体系建设比较落后,教师专业能力有待提高,教育覆盖面需扩大,支持保障力度不足。提出了应注重课程体系建设一盘棋,师资培训管理一条龙,创业氛围营造一条线,多方合作一股绳,促进创新创业教育系统化、专业化、终身化、社会化的对策。

This article analyzes the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hubei-based colleges and universities from four aspects：course construction,faculty,student involvement and support system.Generally speaking,the innovation and entrepreneurship-related course construction in Hubei is relatively backward and the teachers＇ professional ability requires improvement.Also,coverage of innovation and entrepreneurship education is not big enough and support for it is not strong enough.To solve these problems,colleges and universities must try to achieve a systematic,professionalized,lifelong and socialized innovation and entrepreneurship education through strengthened course construction,intensified faculty training and management,creation of favorable entrepreneurial environment and multilateral cooperation.
