农村特岗教师生存状况及其影响因素的实证研究——以四川省为例 被引量:2

摘要 "特岗计划"的实施对提高农村教师队伍整体素质、促进城乡教育均衡发展具有重要的现实意义。但通过对四川省部分农村特岗教师生存状况进行调查,发现目前农村特岗教师呈现男女比例失衡、生活条件艰苦、环境适应困难、待遇未达预期、人际有待改善、工作压力较大、业余生活枯燥等问题。对此,课题组对影响农村特岗教师生存发展的因素进行了详细分析,并建议发挥政策支持生态效应和福利待遇激励作用,建立职业教育引导机制,以提高农村特岗教师的生存适应能力。 The implementation of Special-post Plan has the vital practical significance of improving the overall quality of rural teachers and promoting the balanced development between urban and rural education.However,after the survey of the living conditions among rural special-post teachers in part in Sichuan,the findings show that some problems still exist such as the gender imbalance,hard living conditions,inadaptation of environment,dissatisfied treatment,lack of interpersonal relationship,high pressure from work and boring spare time activities.Based on these conditions,the research group makes a detailed analysis on influencing factors acting on the survival and development of rural special-post teachers,and gives advice on establishing the guiding mechanism of occupation education for improving their adaptive ability by playing a great role in policies supporting ecological effects and incentive effect of welfare.
