摘要
在新修订的PISA 2018 Draft Analytical Frameworks中,PISA(国际学生评估项目)的评估框架和内容得以进一步完善,比如,丰富及拓展了阅读素养的内涵和外延,对阅读过程进行了多维的考量,细化了认知过程,关注了数字阅读,明确了文本来源。其发展体现了科学性与时代性。分析、借鉴这些新发展,同时结合PISA 2018所提供的样例,我国当前阅读素养评估的研究与实践也应树立现实关怀与自我批判的意识,要与学生发展核心素养理念相融合,建构科学严密的阅读评估框架,并强化阅读的"目标导向"及其数字化。
In the newly revised PISA 2018 Draft Analytical Frameworks,PISA further complements its own assessment framework and content such as enriching and expanding the connotation and denotation of reading key competence,making the process of cognition in details,focusing on digital reading and defining its resource,which reflects the characteristics of science and times.Summarizing and analyzing these new developments,and combining with the examples provided by PISA 2018,the current research and practice of reading key competence in China should focus on the awareness of realistic solicitude and self-criticism,combine with the concept of developing students' key competence,construct the frame of reading assessment scientifically and rigorously,and strengthening target-oriented guidance and digitalization of reading.
