从辽宁省高校的节能减排现状出发,分析了高校节能减排的理论研究现状与趋势特征,并从组织管理者角度分析了辽宁省高校节能减排所面临的挑战。综合运用多学科方法,探索校园节能减排体系的构建,提出了运用模拟手段,构建校园节能减排体系的对策建议。

According to the situation of energy saving and emission reduction in Liaoning Province, analyzes the theoretical research status and trend characteristics of the energy saving and emission reduction, and analyzes energy-saving emission reduction challenges from the point of the organization＇s management in Universities of Liaoning Province. By using multidisciplinary methods,explores the construction of campus energy saving and emission reduction system, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to build campus energy conservation and emission reduction system by means of simulation.
