摘要
本文设定了拖拉机变速箱箱体铸造型芯取料机械手工作所需的主要性能参数并完成了机械手夹持器设计。分析了机械手液压系统总体方案,完成了机械手液压系统原理图的设计,最后运用AMESim液压仿真软件对液压系统进行了仿真模拟,验证了液压系统设计的正确性。
This paper setting the main performance parameters of the picking manipulator cast-molding core of the tractor gearbox. The manipulator gripper was designed according to work required and managed. Then the overall scheme of the hydraulic system was analyzed, the hydraulic system of the picking manipulator was finished. Finally, the correctness of hydraulic system was verifying using hydraulic system simulation software of AMESim.
