Fraud of communication information has caused the wide attention of the society. Fraud which is reached by means of SMS Trojans links is becoming more and more dangerous. On the basis of analyzing the operating chain of the mobile Trojan fraud, the author d puts forward the corresponding technical measures of governance. In the article the implementation of the corresponding technical measures and means were described in detail. Through these technologies the management of mobile Trojan fraudcanbeeffectively strengthened so as to reduce people＇s property loss.
