本文从生产实际出发,就商用车离合器在线综合测试机在使用过程中存在的测试准确性低、重复测试误差大等问题,从测试机设计、编程思路及被测试产品自身特性等方面分析其产生的根本原因,并提出改进措施,对测试机的设计制造有一定的借鉴意义。
