摘要
针对景逸SUV车型的副车架进行轻量化改进设计,以紧急制动工况对副车架进行有限元静力分析,发现副车架弯管处应力分布最少,针对弯管进行减重设计。以扭转变形方式进行刚度效率分析,通过调整弯管尺寸参数,在不影响整体刚度匹配的前提下提出减重方案。相同工况的静力分析证实,改进后结构的应力分布更趋均匀。改进后的副车架顺利通过台架试验及路试,成功实现减重目标。
The subframe Jing Yi SUV models of lightweight improvement design, the sub frame finite ele-ment static analysis in emergency braking, found the subframe bend stress distribution at least weight reduc-tion design for elbow. The stiffness efficiency analysis is carried out by means of torsion deformation. Byadjusting the elbow size parameters, the weight reduction scheme is proposed without affecting the overallstiffness matching. The static analysis of the same working condition proves that the stress distribution ofthe improved structure is more uniform. The improved subframe successfully passed the bench test androad test, and achieved the weight loss goal successfully.
