四孔腹腔镜在胆囊切除术中的应用效果分析

Curative effect of four hole laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨四孔腹腔镜在胆囊切除术中的应用方法和临床效果。方法选取我院收治的胆囊疾病需行手术治疗的40例患者,随机均分为两组,对照组20例患者实施传统开腹胆囊切除治疗,观察组20例患者实施四孔腹腔镜下胆囊切除治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者在各项手术指标及疼痛评分上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胆囊疾病患者实施四孔腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗的疗效显著,且能减少并发症,临床可将其作为胆囊切除的首选治疗方式。

Objective To study the four holes on the curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Selection Methods 40 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group gallbladder excision, the implementation of traditional laparotomy group implement four hole laparoscopic gallbladder excision, observation curative effect. Results The general situation and pain score in observation group were signifcantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of four hole laparoscopic resection in patients with gallbladder disease curative effect is distinct, and can reduce the complications.
