摘要
目的通过对异常吞咽患者口腔不良习惯的研究,了解异常吞咽患者的临床特点。方法门诊筛选出11~15岁异常吞咽患者238例。进行描述性统计分析。结果异常吞咽组口呼吸患者人数125人（52.52%）,唇习惯40人（16.80%）,舌习惯29人（12.18%）吮指习惯13人（5.46%）,咬物习惯8人（3.36%）结论异常吞咽患者中口呼吸比例高,要引起医生的注意。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the patients with abnormal swallowing by studying the bad habits of the patients with abnormal swallowing.Methods 238 cases of patients with abnormal swallowing from the age of 11 to 15 years were selected and analyzed by descriptive statistics.Results The number of mouth breathing is 52.18%; The number of lip habits is 16.81%;The number of tongue thrusting is 12.01%; The number of fnger-sucking is 5.02%, The number of biting habitis is 3.71%.Conclusion Tongue thrusting may increased mouth breathing.
