比较一次性根管及多次根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床效果

Comparison of clinical effect of one-time root canal and multiple root canal treatment of cracked pulpitis

目的探讨比较一次性根管及多次根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法将我院牙科治疗的80例隐裂性牙髓炎患者,采用不同的治疗方法将其分成2组,即观察组(n=40例)与对照组(n=40例),分别采用一次性根管治疗术和多次根管治疗术治疗隐裂性牙髓炎。结果观察组40例患者采用一次性根管治疗术治疗后总有效率为97.5%,对照组40例患者采用多次根管治疗术治疗后总有效率为82.5%,两组患者总有效率比较,存在统计学差异,P<0.05。观察组40例患者采用一次性根管治疗术治疗后,成功38例,失败2例,总成功率95%,对照组40例患者采用多次根管治疗术治疗后,成功32例,失败8例,总成功率80%,组间数据比较存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论临床中对隐裂性牙髓炎患者实施一次性根管及多次根管治疗,临床疗效显著高于多次根管治疗,是隐裂性牙髓炎患者首选的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical efect of root canal and multiple root canal treatment of cracked pulpitis. methods Our hospital dental treatment of 80 cases of cracked pulpitis patients, using different treatment methods can be divided into 2 groups, the observation group （n=40） and control group （n=40）, respectively, by one-of root canal therapy and multiple root canal therapy in the treatment of cracked pulpitis. Results The observation group of 40 patients with one-of root canal therapy after treatment, the total efective rate was 97.5%, the control group of 40 patients with multiple root canal therapy after treatment, the total effective rate was 82.5%, the total effective rate of two groups, there was significant difference, P〈0.05. Observe the use of root canal therapy in the treatment group of 40 patients, 38 cases were successful, 2 cases failed, the total success rate was 95%, the control group of 40 patients with multiple root canal therapy after treatment, 32 cases were successful, 8 cases failed, the total success rate of 80%, there were signifcant diferences between groups of data comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical of cracked root canal and multiple root canal treatment of pulpitis patients, clinical efcacy was signifcantly higher than that of multiple root canal therapy is the preferred treatment of cracked pulpitis.
