笑气吸入辅助在口腔种植术中对减轻牙科焦虑症的临床观察

Clinical observation of nitrous oxide inhalation assist in reducing dental anxiety in oral implantation

目的观察笑气吸入在口腔种植术中,对减轻牙科焦虑症的临床效果。方法选择口腔种植修复术患者70例,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组30例,采用笑气吸入清醒镇静辅以局部麻醉下种植;对照组40例,采用局部麻醉下种植。术中分别观测并比较两组患者的血压、心率、呼吸、MDAS焦虑等情况。结果 2组患者手术前后心率、呼吸和血压变化,牙科焦虑评分,局麻时VAS疼痛评分等差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论笑气吸入在口腔种植术中,对减轻牙科焦虑有较好的效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of nitrous oxide inhalation in reducing dental anxiety during oral implantation. methods 70 dental implanted patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly.30 cases were in experimental group and dental implantation s were taken under local anesthesia assisted with nitrous oxide inhalation while patients’ were clear and in sedation. 40 cases were in control group and operations were taken under local anesthesia only.Blood pressure, heart rate, breathing and MDAS were observed in two groups during operation.Results There are signifcant diferences between two groups in aspects of patients’ pre-operation and post-operation heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, score of dental anxiety, VAS pain score of local anesthesia.Conclusion Nitrous oxide inhalation has a good efect in reducing dental anxiety in oral implantation.
