护理干预在维吾尔族、汉族牙科恐惧症患者中的作用分析

The analysis of the dental phobia among han nationality and the Uighurs adult patients with intervention

目的调查了解维吾尔族和汉族成人患者在口腔门诊发生牙科恐惧症的情况,并对这些患者加以护理干预,为其防治提供相关依据。方法应用DAS量表对108例到口腔门诊治疗的维吾尔族和汉族患者进行问卷调查,按是否护理干预分为实验组与对照组收集数据。结果维吾尔族患者与汉族患者牙科恐惧症发生率差异有统计学意义,经过护理安抚干预后。两组患者牙科恐惧症发生率差异有统计学意义,并且牙科恐惧症发生率汉族高于维吾尔族族。干预后的效果维吾尔族更为明显。结论牙科恐惧症影响诊疗过程及后期疗效,通过适当的护理干预良好的观察和多方面加以预防并缓解患者的牙科恐惧症,这能有效提升临床诊疗质量并构建和谐的医患关系。

Objective To investigate the uighurs and han Chinese adult patients in oral outpatient dental phobia, and nursing intervention for these patients, provide evidences for its prevention and control.methods DAS scale in 108 cases to oral outpatient treatment of uighurs and han Chinese patients with a questionnaire,divided into the experimental group and control group ccording to whether the nursing intervention can be done and to collect data.Results The dental phobia status in clinics among han nationality and the Uighurs adult patients have statistical signifcance. After intervene the statistical signifcance was found between experimental groups and control groups , The incidence of the han nationality is higher than Uighur clan,the Uighurs adult patients were obvious.Conclusion Dental phobia afect the clinic treatment and curative efect. Through proper nursing intervention and communication to prevent and resolve DA. Is helpful to clinical diagnosis and treatment in orde to establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
