摘要
目的探究低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机拔牙术在下颌复杂阻生牙齿中的应用价值。方法选择2013年7月~2015年11月在本院接受治疗的下颌复杂阻生牙齿患者50例,根据治疗方式差异性将患者平均分为观察组(行低速直涡轮机+高速涡轮机拔牙术)和对照组(行传统的凿骨劈冠拔除术),两组各25例,观察比较两组患者的手术时间、疼痛程度、术后并发症情况等,综合评定两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组25例患者的手术时间、疼痛程度以及术后并发症均明显的低于对照组(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组25例患者的临床治疗效果(总有效率为92%)明显的高于对照组25例患者的临床治疗效果(总有效率为68%)(P〈0.05),具有统计学意义。结论低速直涡轮机配合高速涡轮机拔牙术在下颌复杂阻生牙齿中的应用价值在于:有效的降低手术时间、患者的手术疼痛感以及术后并发症发生率,提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the low speed turbine with straight tooth extraction technique in high speed turbine mandible complex application value of maxillary teeth. Methods July 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 50 patients with mandibular complex maxillary teeth,according to the differences between treatment patients,on average,will be divided into observation group (line low speed turbine+high speed turbine straight tooth extraction technique) and control group (line out traditional carved bone chopping crown),two groups of the 25 cases,observe the comparison of two groups of patients with operation time,pain degree,postoperative complications,such as comprehensive evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results observation group of 25 cases of operation time, pain and postoperative complications were significantly lower than that of control group(P〈0.05),statistically significant;Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of group of 25 patients were obviously higher than the control group(the total effective rate was 92%)clinical therapeutic effects of 25 patients (total effective rate was 68%)(P〈0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion low speed turbine with high speed turbine straight tooth extraction technique in the application of complex mandibular impacted maxillary teeth value lies ineffectively reduce the operation time,surgical pain patients, and postoperative complications, improve the clinical therapeutic effect and improve the patient's quality of life.
