摘要 目的探讨不同酸蚀粘接系统对3M-Z350流动树脂行窝沟封闭的影响。方法收集90颗新鲜拔除的正畸牙,按随机分组法分为3组,每组30颗,A组(Gluma酸蚀剂、Single Bond2粘结剂,3MZ350流动树脂),B组(Clearfi l SE Bond、3MZ350流动树脂),C组(Gluma酸蚀剂、3MZ350流动树脂),然后对牙面的剪切粘接强度和抗压强度进行检测和对比。结果 A组样本的剪切粘接强度明显大于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;A组样本的抗压强度明显大于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用全酸蚀粘接系统结合流动树脂可以使窝沟封闭剂的剪切粘接强度和抗压强度明显优于自酸蚀粘接系统结合流动树脂。 Objective To analyze and explore the effect of different etching adhesive systems on 3M-350 fowable resin as pit and fssure sealant. methods Ninety teeth were collected and randomly divided into group A (Gluma、Single Bond2,3M-Z350flowable resin), group B (Clearfil SE Bond,3M-Z350 flowable resin) and group C (Gluma3M-Z350 fowable resin).Then the shear bond strength and compressive strength of the tooth surface were detected and compared. Results The shear adhesive strength of group A was signifcantly higher than that of group B and group C, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). The compressive strength of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and C, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of total etching adhesive system and fowable resin can make the shear bond strength and compressive strength better than that of self-etching adhesive system.
