牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床效果探究

Clinical effect of periodontal sequence therapy in orthodontic treatment of patients with periodontitis

目的进一步探究牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床疗效。方法选择在我院接受治疗的牙周炎患者38例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,两组均有患者19例。所有患者均采用正畸治疗,对照组患者在正畸治疗前进行常规健康指导,实验组患者采用牙周序列治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗后相关指标。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且患者出血指数、菌斑指数、探针深度以及牙周附着损失均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的临床效果好,有效改善患者牙齿指标,具有临床推广意义。

Objective To explore the sequence of periodontal treatment the clinical curative effect in the process of orthodontic patients with periodontitis.Methods 38 cases of periodontitis patients,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group(n=19).Adopt orthodontic treatment,all patients in the control group routine health guidance before orthodontic treatment,the experimental group using sequences of periodontal treatment again.Compare two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and related index after treatment.Results treatment group total effective rate is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);And patients with bleeding index and plaque index,the depth of the probe and the loss of periodontal attachment were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion sequence of periodontal treatment in patients with periodontitis in the process of orthodontic good curative effect,effectively improve patients with tooth index,has clinical significance.
