基于HITS的微种植体-舌侧矫治系统Typodont模型的制作及测量

摘要 目的探索一种微种植体—舌侧矫治系统Typodont模型的制作及测量方法。方法通过模拟排牙、粘结舌侧托槽、制备硅橡胶阴模、灌制Typodont模型、电磁感应模拟矫治装置(HITS)的运用、Micro CT扫描模型、软件模拟重建等实验步骤,进行Typodont的制作及测量。结果获得了适用于舌侧矫治力学分析研究的Typodont模型及阴模,并可精确计算加载力前后牙齿的移动情况。结论使用该方法可快速精确地获得多个相同的舌侧矫治Typodont模型,并且测量结果更加准确,为微种植体-舌侧矫治系统的后续力学研究奠定基础。 Objective To explore the method of making and measuring the typodont model of a micro implant-lingual orthodontic system.Methods Through the simulation of tooth arrangement,bonding lingual brackets,making silicone impression and typodont models,using Heat Induction Typodont System(HITS) and Micro CT,reconstructing by the software,make and measure the lingual orthodontic typodont models.Results The Typodont model and the female model suitable for the mechanical analysis of lingual orthodontics were obtained,and the movement of the teeth before and after the loading force could be calculated accurately.Conclusion By using this method,a number of Typodont models with same tongue correction can be obtained rapidly and accurately,and the measurement results are more accurate,which lays the foundation for the further mechanical study of the micro implant lingual orthodontic system
