牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎治疗的效果研究

目的 分析研究牙周基础治疗2型糖尿病合并牙周炎的效果.方法 以2013年1月-2016年1月期间到本院就诊的50例2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者为研究对象,按照就诊先后顺序,分为观察组与对照组,每组25例.对照组,给予常规治疗,观察组,在常规治疗的基础上,联合牙周基础治疗,对比分析患者治疗效果.结果 治疗前,观察组与对照组各项指标并无明显差异,不具统计学意义（P〉0.05）.治疗后,观察组各项指标显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 2型糖尿病合并牙周炎,联合牙周基础治疗,疗效显著,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of periodontal treatment on type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontitis.methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January^2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with combined periodontal therapy based on conventional treatment, and the treatment effect was compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with periodontitis combined with periodontal basic treatment has obvious curative effect and is worth popularizing.
