摘要
随着社会的发展和人们收入水平的提高,人们对美也有了更高的追求,传统的口腔金属铸造修复工艺已经不能满足人们的需求。近年来科学和口腔修复医学不断进步,二氧化锆全瓷冠修复应运而生[1],以其特有的与天然牙相似的美观性能、较强的层次感、良好的半透明性和稳定的化学性能及生物相容性在临床得到广泛应用[2]。CAD/CAM(计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作技术)使得全瓷冠更精确、美观,符合修复需求,同时避免传统修复工艺的繁琐,提高效率,减轻医师劳动负担[3]。
With the development of society and the improvement of peoples income level, people have a better pursuit of beauty and the traditional oral casting repair has been unable to meet the needs of people.In recent years, oral rehabilitation progress, zirconium oxide all ceramic crowns emerged,chemical and biological properties of semitransparent and stable with its unique artistic performance, strong sense of hierarchy, good compatibility has been widely applied clinical practice.CAD/CAM makes the whole porcelain crown more accurate and beautiful.Meets the needs of restoration and avoids the complexity of traditional repair technology, improves efficiency and reduces the burden on doctors.
