摘要
为研究全生命周期造价管理模式下建筑能源消耗情况与环保效益,论文分析对比了在全生命周期内,某生态小区和一般小区的初始建造成本、生态住宅围护成本、运营维护阶段节能成本、全生命周期内节能成本,得出在全生命周期造价管理模式指导下的住宅建筑能够降低能耗,并在寿命内产生经济回报的结论。
In order to study the energy consumption and environmental benefit in the cost management mode of whole life cycle, this paper analyzes and compares the initial construction cost, ecological housing enclosure cost, energy saving cost during the whole life cycle and the energy saving cost in the whole life cycle of an ecological community and a general residential area. It is concluded that residential buildings under the guidance of life cycle cost management model can reduce energy consumption and produce economic returns in the life.
