知识管理背景下企业档案管理模式研究

随着我国经济的快速发展,各种类型的企业也纷纷抓住机遇,不断崛起与壮大。在此新形势下,传统的企业档案管理模式已经无法满足现代企业的发展,知识管理模式的出现开始为企业档案管理开启了新的局面,促进企业的发展。因此,论文以企业档案管理为主,着重探讨知识背景下的企业档案管理模式。

With the rapid development of China＇s economy, various types of enterprises also seize the opportunity, rising and growing. In this new situation, the traditional enterprise archives management model has been unable to meet the development of modern enterprises, the emergence of knowledge management model for the enterprise archives management opened a new situation, and promoted the development of enterprises. Therefore, this paper based on the enterprise archives management, mainly analyzes the enterprise archives management mode under the knowledge background.
