船舶焊接的缺陷及质量管理

Defects and Quality Management of Ship Welding

随着我国"一带一路"战略的实施,我国海上经济贸易越来越频繁。作为将船舶有效组接的技术之一——船舶焊接技术在实际船舶的制造中占据着重要的位置。但是在我国目前的船舶焊接中,仍然还存在着很多问题,论文针对船舶焊接的缺陷及质量管理做出了分析,在实际分析中主要从船舶焊接常见的缺陷,及船舶焊接质量管理办法和强化船舶焊接质量管理的注意事项进行了分析研究。

With the implementation of China＇s ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, China＇s maritime economic trade has become more and more frequent. As one of the technologies to effectively group ships, ship welding technology occupies an important position in the manufacture of actual ships. However, there are still many problems in the current ship welding in China. In this paper, the defects and quality management of ship welding are analyzed. In the actual analysis, the paper analyzes the common defects, the method of quality management and the attention of strengthening the quality management of ship welding.
