韩愈是我国唐代著名的文学家、思想家和教育家。他一贯主张尊师重道,积极投身"诲人"活动,推动了我国教育的发展。在《师说》中韩愈对教师的职责、择师标准及师生关系等方面进行了详细论述,其中的师生观对于我们今天正确认识尊师爱生观念,解决当代教育中师生关系存在的问题,营造和谐的学习氛围,继承并发扬"教学相长"的思想也有重要的现代启示作用。

Han Yu was a famous litterateur, thinker and educator in Tang dynasty. He has always advocated respecting the teacher and his teaching, and actively participated into the teaching work, has promoted the development of China＇s education. In ＂On the Teacher＂, Han Yu has detailedly analyzed teachers＇ responsibilities, standard of teacher selection, relations between students and teachers and others, in them, the teacher and student view has a enlightenment for respecting teachers and loving students, solving the relationship between teacher and student in modern education, and for creating a harmonious learning atmosphere, and inheriting and developing the though of ＂teaching benefits teachers as well as students＂ also has an important enlightenment role.
