摘要
工资管理是高校财务管理工作中最基本、最重要的组成部分,工资管理水平的高低,不仅影响到广大教职工的切身经济利益,还影响到学校长远稳定的发展。论文就如何加强工资管理提出几点切实可行的对策。
Salary management is the most basic and the important part in the financial management of colleges and Universities. The level of salary management will not only affect the immediate economic interests of the majority of teaching staff, but also affect the long-term and stable development of the university. This paper puts forward some feasible countermeasures on how to strengthen salary management.
