辽宁村级公益事业建设现状、问题及对策研究

Construction Situation,Problem and Countermeasure Research of Village-level Public Welfare in Liaoning

在我国大力推进城乡一体化建设过程中,新型城镇化发展和新农村建设是我国经济社会发展的一体两翼,二者协调发展才能实现社会和谐稳定。村级公益事业建设是我国建设小康社会、实现中国梦的一项十分重要的事业。对于辽宁省而言,实现东北新一轮振兴,农村发展意义重大。辽宁省的村级公益事业经过6年的建设取得了成效,但还存在着许多问题,因此,应研究制定科学有效的对策,为辽宁农村城乡一体化建设健康发展提供建议。

In the process of promoting integration process of urban and rural in China, the new development ofurbanization and new rural construction are the “ one main body and two limbs” of China′s economic and socialdevelopment, and coordinated development of both can achieve social harmony and stability. Villagelevel public welfare construction is a very important career for building a moderately prosperous society and realizingChina′s dream. In terms of Liaoning province, to implement a new round of revitalization of the northeast, ruraldevelopment is of great significance. After six years of villagelevel public welfare construction, some good results have been achieved, but many problems still exist in Liaoning. Therefore, scientific and effective countermeasures should be formulated in order to provide suggestions for the healthy development of integration of urban and rural construction in Liaoning.
