关于推进辽宁省“互联网+”行动计划的初步探讨

Proposals on Promotion of Liaoning Province “Internet plus” Scheme

为加快实现辽宁省"互联网+"发展的总体目标,本着实事求是、因地制宜的原则,从措施保障的角度,提出了几点建议,旨在加快推进我省各领域、各阶段"互联网+"重点工作任务的顺利开展。这些建议主要包括加强全省"互联网+"建设工作的组织领导、提升信息基础设施建设水平、完善创新和技术支撑体系、优化发展环境、保障智力支持和加强宣传力度六个方面内容,为我省各级党政机关及相关企事业单位宏观决策提供借鉴和参考。

In order to speed up the implementation of our province “ Internet plus”the overall developmentgoals, seeking truth from facts and the principle of local conditions, this paper puts forward some suggestions toaccelerate the task of smooth development of our province in all areas and at all stages of the “ Internet plus”from the perspective of security measures. The suggestions include strengthening organization of the province′s“ Internet plus”construction and administration, enhancing the level of information infrastructure, improving theinnovation and technology support system, optimizing the development environment, guaranteeing intellectualsupport and enhance the propaganda from theses six aspects. This paper is only provided with reference andmacro decisionmaking for all levels of Party and government organs in our province and related enterprises.
