摘要
目前的北方城市供暖有很大一部分是由效率低、环保措施差的分散燃煤小锅炉来完成的,加重了雾霾天气的形成。同时由于大量的大型热电联产供热机组承担着主要供暖任务,机组的电调峰能力下降,导致北方区域电网出现严重的弃风、弃核现象,使清洁能源不能得到有效的利用。采用燃煤电能替代是解决这一电热供需矛盾的有效途径。对城市分散燃煤小锅炉的各种电能替代方案进行了比较,并推出了一种适合大面积推广的方案。
The massive using of lowefficiency scattered coal-fired boilers with poor environmental protection measures in the urban heating system of northeast China has been the reason for its hazy weather. The large-scale cogeneration unit in the heating system has led to a decrease of peak-load regulation ability and a serious wind and nuclear energy curtailment in Northeast Power Grid,with clean energy not being able to be used effectively.Power energy substitution is one way to solve the imbalance of power and heat supplying. This paper compared and analyzed the different substitution programs and proposed a program which was worth to be spread.
