摘要
根据某工程双吸离心风机风道布置的特殊要求,采用单吸风口、双出口的风道结构。为了保证风机2个进风口空气流量分配的均匀性,利用计算流体力学软件对风道内流动进行了数值模拟。通过模拟结果发现,风道入口的湍流区对出口流量分配影响明显,需要对入口处的空气流动采取导流措施。计算结果显示,优化入口风道结构后,双出口流量分配达到了很好的均匀性。
In a project,the air duct structure with one inlet and two outlets was chose to match the special requirement of duct layout for double suction centrifugal fan. In order to keep air flowof two inlets uniformity,CFD software was employed to analyze the air flowinside the duct. Simulation results showed that the turbulent area near duct inlet had significant impact on the flowdistribution of two outlets. Structure of inlet needed to be modified. Air flowdistribution had achieved good uniformity after the duct inlet being optimized.
