摘要
针对以空气为气化介质的径高比为0.32的下吸式固定床气化炉,当通风量为11 m3/h时,分别研究了在正常运行、"搭桥"及"烧穿"情况下反应温度及气化燃气组分百分率变化规律。研究结果表明,在发生"搭桥"、"烧穿"的异常工况下,反应温度会偏离正常值且各燃气组分百分率会明显下降,并分析了产生此效果的原因。
This paper mainly studied the varying patterns of the reaction temperature and gasification gas component percentage in the downdraft fixed-bed gasifier with 0. 32 diameter to height ratio and utilizing air as gasification agent under the normal operation,the 'bridging 'and 'burning through'cases when the ventilation rate is 11m3/h. The results showed that the reaction temperature would deviate from normal and each gas component percentage would decreased significantly in the abnormal cases of 'bridging 'and/or 'burning through'. At last,this paper analyzed the causes of this conclusion.
