摘要 随着国内管道干线管网的不断建成,天然气管道站场分输控制成为被广泛关注的工程问题。在工程实施过程中,输气站场投运初期测量值与设定值误差大,以及下游天然气用户存在调峰周期等问题逐渐显露出来。为了解决该类问题并适应调控中心分输日指定的控制要求,文中提出了一种解决方案,该方案基于常见站场分输支路流程,详述了控制器的比选逻辑和PID控制器的设计过程,给出了对分输流程复杂工况的控制方案,并在西气东输二线站场中取得了较好的应用效果。 With the continuous construction of domestic pipeline trunk network, the sub-output control of natural gas pipeline station is becoming a widely regarded engineering problem. In the process of project implementation, problems such as the exist-ence of the peak time for the downstream natural gas users and error between the initial measurement value and the set value are gradually revealed. In order to solve the problems and to meet the control requirements specified by the control center, a solution is proposed. It is based on the common station sub-output diagram, and details its logic and PID control design process. The solution provides a control program for the complex working condition, and is performed well in practice.
