摘要
优选模块是先进的核电厂安全级DCS平台的一个重要组成部分,该模块是优选驱动系统的核心模块。主要功能是对来自不同系统的设备驱动信号进行优先级逻辑运算处理,驱动专设安全设施及相关支持系统的泵、阀等设备,并将现场设备的状态信号通过该模块的网络接口发送至专设安全设施驱动系统。确保核电站安全运行,实现事故后保护的关键环节。为了提高该模块的可靠性及安全性,本设计中应用CPLD技术,采用三重冗余容错架构对该模块进行硬件设计,通过可靠性建模分析及功能验证,证明了该模块方案的可行性。
Priority logic manage module is an important component of Nuclear Advanced Safety Platform of Instrument and Control(DCS), which is the key of the Priority Actuate system. The main function is the priority logical processing of equipment actuating signals from different systems, and to drive equipment such as valves and pumps of Engineered Safety Features Actuation Cabinets and Engineered Safety Features Supporting system, as well as to send the state of field device by the network interface of the module to the ESFAS. The priority logic manage module is the key point to ensure the safe operation of nuclear power plants, and to realize the post-accident protection. In order to improve the security and reliability of the module, the CPLD technology was applied in the design, and the triple redundant fault-tolerant architecture was adopted in hardware design, By the analysis of the reliability modeling and function verification, the feasibility of the module scheme has been proved.
