摘要
MGGH(Media Gas-Gas-Heater,零泄露气气换热装置)是一种基于热媒体的烟气余热利用气气换热装置,具有除尘前烟气余热回收和脱硫后冷烟气再热相互独立完成的特点。新增凝结水加热系统后,利用热媒水剩余热量加热凝结水,达到节能降耗的目的。本文针对MGGH系统进行建模,设计组态进行调试,利用多系统解耦、不同工况变设定值、增加控制前馈等技术,实现了MGGH系统自动的投入,最大限度发挥设备环保节能的潜能。
MGGH (Media Gas-Gas-Heater, gas and gas heat exchanger with zero leakage ) is a gas and gas heat exchanger using the waste heat of flue gas as heat media. MGGH recycles waste heat from flue gas before dust removal and reheats the cooled flue gas after desulfurization separately. After the addition of condensed water heating system, the condensed water is heated with the residual heat from heating-medium water, to reducing energy cost. In this manuscript we focus on the modeling of MGGH system and configuration design/debugging. We applied multisystem decoupling, optimized the parameter for various situations and improved the feedforward control technology. Automatic operation of MGGH was achieved, which can maximize the potential of MGGH to reduce energy cost.
