加味五味消毒饮外洗治疗湿热壅盛型湿疹临床观察

Clinical observation on the washout treatment of dampness-heat type eczema with Wuwei Xiaodu decoction

[目的]观察分析加味五味消毒饮外洗治疗湿热壅盛型湿疹的临床疗效。[方法]对上海市浦东新区肺科医院所收治的28例湿热壅盛型老年湿疹患者用五味消毒饮加味方进行治疗。分析其有效率、复发率及所产生的不良反应情况。[结果]总有效率为89.3%,随访半年,复发率3.6%,未发现患者出现不良反应。[结论]加味五味消毒饮外洗治疗老年湿热壅盛型湿疹临床疗效确切,安全性好,复发率低,无不良反应,使用方便,可为兼有其他疾患、不宜长期应用激素的老年患者提供新的治疗方案。

[Objective] To observe and analyze the clinical curative effect about Wuwei Xiaodu decoction which washing treatment for dampness-heat type eczema. [Methods] The 28 cases of elderly patients with dampness-heat type eczema in our hospital were treated with Wuwei Xiaodu decoction. The effective rate, recurrence rate and adverse reaction were analyzed. [Results] The total effective rate was 89.3%, followed up for six months. The recurrence rate was 3.6%, no adverse reactions were found. [Conclusion] The clinical curative effect of the drug for elder patients with dampness-heat type eczema is exact, good safety, low recurrence rate, no side effect, and convenient use. It provides new treatment options for elderly patients which suffered from other diseases and could not long-term use of hormone.
