2016年东莞市基层卫生岗位练兵和技能竞赛社区护理成绩分析

Analysis on Health Job Training and Skill Competition Test Score in Community Dongguan City in 2016

目的分析东莞市基层卫生岗位练兵和技能竞赛中社区护士的理论笔试成绩,为进一步提高社区护士理论知识水平提供依据。方法将参赛社区护士的基本信息和笔试成绩构成数据库,采用一般描述、分段统计、正态检验和单因素方差分析等统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果参赛社区护士的理论笔试平均成绩为(64.54±7.15)分,最高79分,最低44分,及格率为75.78%;各部分知识的得分率居前两位的是:居民健康档案的建立与管理、健康教育;最后两位是:社区常见病、多发病患者的护理与管理,社区常见慢性病护理与管理;不同学历、职称、参加社区护理相关知识培训次数及综合医院临床护理经验的参赛者,以及是否为家庭医生式签约服务培训基地、是否为经济发达镇的参赛者成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而从事护理工作时间长短、是否为省或国家社区卫生服务示范中心的参赛者成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论岗位练兵和技能竞赛能够提高社区护士的理论水平和服务能力,应根据我市社区护士现有社区护理知识掌握情况采取有针对性的继续教育培训。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the Dongguan City community nurses' theory written test scores during community health job training and skill competition, so as to provide theoretical basis for further improvement of community nurses' knowledge. METHODS Taking all community nurses' basic information and theory written test scores,form a database,use statistical method like general description, segment statistics, normal test, analysis of variance to analyze the database. RESULTS The average community nurse theory written test score were(64.54±7.15),the highest score was 79,the lowest score was 44,passing rate was 75.78%. The top two score rating aspects: resident health record creation and management, resident health education. The least two score rating aspects: care and management of community common disease,frequent disease,care and management of community chronic diseases.Different nursing education background, job title, frequency of join community nursing related training, different general hospital nursing experiences,whether or not contracted with family doctor service training station,whether or not coming from economically developed town and nurses test score had statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Nurses with different years of experience,whether or not served for provincial or national community health service demonstration center,their test scores had no statistical significance(P>0.05%). CONCLUSION On the job training and skill competition could improve community nurses' theory knowledge and working capability,should continue targeted education and training for our community nurses according to their current knowledge situation.
