昆明市严重精神障碍疾病患者现状及相关因素分析

Current Status and Related Factors of Patients with Psychosis in Kunming

目的了解昆明市严重精神障碍患者的基本情况,为开展严重精神障碍患者的规范化管理提供科学依据。方法选取昆明市2011年8月1日—2015年12月31日录入《国家严重精神障碍信息系统》的严重精神障碍患者信息数据进行统计分析。结果昆明市登记在册严重精神障碍患者22 332例,报告患病率为3.40‰,管理率为90.03%,规范管理率为50.92%。经济状况处在当地贫困线以下的患者有56.02%,患者文化程度偏低,初中及以下占78.17%;离婚或未婚率占42.4%;职业以农民为主,占56.17%;74.91%的患者为精神分裂症。结论应将精神分裂症作为管理重点,尤其是未服药及依从行差的患者,进一步加强严重精神精神障碍患者的规范化管理。

OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of severe mental disorder patients in Kunming and improve the evidence of efficiently managing the severe mental disorder patients. METHODS It collected and statistically analyzed the data from national mental disorder information system from August 1st 2011 to Dec 31 st 2015. RESULTS There are 22 332 patients registered in the system in Kunming; 3.4% reported prevalence rate; 90.03% patients under management; 50.92% patients under standardized management;56.02% patients' economy conditions were below the average; 78.17% patients had only primary education which was lower than the average; 42.4% patients were unmarried or divorced; 56.17% patients were farmers; 74.91% patients had Schizophrenia. CONCLUSIONS Focus on the patients with Schizophrenia especially those who were not on medication so as to take further step in managing the severe mental disorders.
