河南省2013年在校大学生吸烟行为现况调查

Cross-sectional Investigation on Smoking Behavior among College Students in Henan

目的了解河南省在校大学生吸烟行为的流行现况,为制定健康教育措施和进行干预性研究提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取河南省13所不同类型大学的2 689名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生尝试吸烟率、现在吸烟率分别为44.6%、15.0%,男生吸烟率高于女生,三年制大学高于四年或五年制大学(P<0.05)。结论河南省在校大学生吸烟率较高,应采取综合干预措施,促使大学生建立健康的生活方式。

OBJECTIVE To study the prevalence of smoking behavior among college students in Henan province,in order to providescientific basis for establishing the health education measures and conducting intervention studies.METHODS Total of 2 689 studentsfrom 13 universities in Henan province were selected by stratified cluster sampling and questionnaire.RESULTS The prevalence rateof trying smoking was 44.6%,current smoking was 15.0%,and the rates of boys were higher than girls,the rates of three-year univer-sity were higher than Four/Five university(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The prevalence of smoking behavior among college students inHenan province were higher than other place.Effective comprehensive intervention measures should be taken so as to build a healthylife style for the college students.
