早期康复护理对老年股骨骨折患者围术期疼痛及术后康复的影响分析

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Perioperative Pain and Postoperative Rehabilitation in Elderly Patients with Femoral Fractures

目的对老年股骨骨折患者进行早期康复护理,分析其对围术期疼痛及术后康复的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月医院收治的老年股骨骨折患者62例,根据随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组(n=31)与对照组(n=31)。采用常规护理方式对对照组进行护理,采用早期康复护理方式对观察组进行护理。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对患者护理前后疼痛情况进行比较,并对两组患者术后康复情况进行比较分析。结果在术后第1d、术后第3d、术后第5d VAS评分方面,与对照组相比,观察组各上述时间VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05);在首次功能锻炼时间与首次下床活动时间方面,与对照组相比,观察组上述各指标均显著缩短(P<0.05);在术后3个月髋关节功能优良率及出院时护理满意度方面,与对照组相比,观察组上述各指标均显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年股骨骨折患者进行早期康复护理能够使患者围术期疼痛明显减轻,明显加速患者术后康复速度,能够最大程度地使患者关节功能显著改善,且有助于提升患者对护理质量的满意度,值得临床进一步推广。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of perioperative pain and postoperative rehabilitation on elderly patients with femoralfractures.METHODS 52 patients with femoral fractures were selected from May 2015 to May 2017.The patients were randomly divid-ed into observation group(n=31) and control group(n=31) according to the random number table method.All patients were given rou-tine nursing care,and the patients were treated with visual analogue scale(VAS) before and after treatment,and the postoperative reha-bilitation of the two groups was compared and analyzed.RESULTS The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lowerthan that of the control group(P<0.05) in the VAS score on the first day,postoperative day 3 d,postoperative day 5 and postoperative-ly.In the first functional exercise time(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the indexes of the observation group were signifi-cantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the excellent rate of hip function and the sat-isfaction satisfaction were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The early rehabili-tation of elderly patients with femoral fractures can significantly reduce the perioperative pain in patients,significantly accelerate therecovery rate of patients after surgery,to maximize the patient's joint function significantly improved,and help to improve the qualityof care for patients Satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical further promotion.
